Terms of use
This is a personal, non-commercial site that publishes writings, questions and concepts. Using it is straightforward, and these terms are meant to be read rather than skimmed.
Using the site
You may read, quote and link to anything published here. No account is required, nothing is sold, and there is no paywall. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site or use automated access in ways that degrade it for other readers.
The content and its licence
Unless a page states otherwise, the writing here is the author's own and all rights are reserved. You may quote passages with attribution and a link back to the page you took them from. Republishing whole pieces, translating them, or reusing them commercially needs permission first — the legal notice sets out the detail and how to ask.
Quotations and third-party work
Pages cite books, articles and other sources. Those quotations remain the property of their authors and publishers and are used here for commentary and criticism. Where a source is named, follow the citation to the original rather than treating the summary here as a substitute.
Work in progress
Much of this site is explicitly unfinished. Pages are marked with a status, many are drafts, and arguments change as they are revised. Nothing here is professional, legal, medical or financial advice — the disclaimer says what that means in full.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will be accurate, complete or continuously available. It may go offline, lose pages, or change without notice. Use your own judgment about anything you read here.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised as the site develops. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and material changes will be reflected in the review date below.
Questions
For anything about these terms — permissions, corrections or takedown requests — write to info@yielab.com. Rights complaints have their own route on the legal notice.
