A constraint is a limitation on the available options within a system, whether imposed by physics, design, policy, or resources.
Interpretation
This project is interested in constraints that, once removed, take something valuable with them — specifically the experience or care that operating within the constraint used to require.
Caution
Not all constraints are valuable; some are simply obstacles. The distinction is a live question, not a premise.
